Master Data Record Corrections?

For BS/MSc/BBS Program

The technical team will update/import the CMS Master Data Record of Clearing/Passing-out Students of Undergraduate (BS) Program after Results Notified from Controller of Examinations Office.

For MS/MPhil/PhD Program or degree having Requirement of Thesis/Dissertation

The Department will manually input/enter the CMS Master Data Record of Clearing/Passing-out Students of MS/MPhil/PhD Program or degree having Requirement of Thesis/Dissertation after successful Thesis Defense and submission of Hard Copy of Thesis in Department.

• Once Master Data of Clearing/Passing-out Students import/updated/manually entered in clearance Portal, such Students can create their Accounts/Register on Clearance Portal.
• For Correction in CMS Master Data; Passing-out student needs to Consult his/her Department for updation of his/her Master Record.

Corrections allowed in CMS Master Data are:

• Student name
• Father Name
• Student CNIC
• Date of Birth
• Admit term
• Passing Term
• Hostel Status (Boarder/Day Scholar)
